1 week postpartum

3 months postpartum

I have discovered (or finally joined) Zumba...and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. 
So much fun and the good cardio workout that I've been needing!

6 months postpartum
3 months of running
3 weeks until 5K
9 months postpartum
126 lbs.  4 lbs less than what I weighed before my son was born
2 5ks completed. 1 coming up Aug 4th.
Feeling amazing and healthy.
